Payment Policy
This Payment Policy governs the payment terms and conditions for all services provided by Shaadi Sammelan through our website and/or mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).
By purchasing any services or subscriptions on our Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services and Pricing
We offer both free and premium membership plans. Premium features may include:
- Profile highlighting
- Access to contact details
- Chat/messaging privileges
- Personalized matchmaking
- Advanced search filters

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, changes will not affect subscriptions already purchased.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payment through the following methods:
- Credit/Debit cards
- UPI / Net Banking
- Wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, etc.)
- International Payment Gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) [if applicable]
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store any card or banking details on our servers.
3. Billing and Invoicing
Upon successful payment, a confirmation email and invoice will be sent to your registered email address. All charges will be billed in INR, including applicable taxes.
4. Auto-Renewal
- Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle.
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via your account settings before the next billing date.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
5.1 Refunds:
- Payments made for premium services are non-refundable, except in cases of:
- - Duplicate payments
- - Technical errors resulting in failure to deliver service
Requests for refunds must be submitted to info@shaadisammelan.com within 7 days of the transaction.
5.2 Cancellations:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the service.
- Access to premium features will remain active until the end of the billing period.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider, your account may be temporarily suspended until the matter is resolved. We reserve the right to pursue legal or collection actions, if applicable.
7. Discounts and Promotions
Occasionally, we may offer promotional discounts or limited-time offers. These are subject to individual terms and cannot be combined or transferred.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
